How to get through quarantine 1: Be here and now / practice gratitude / connect with yourself

Today I talk about "being here and now" and how to practice gratitude for what we do have (instead of thinking about what we don't have), both very important in order to be as prepared, balanced, and calm without losing the enjoyment of all the beauty that continues to exist in every detail that this life gives us. If you haven't seen the intro, here it is: https://youtu.be/G_7RjqUJXmw Intro y este vídeo en español: https://youtu.be/G_7RjqUJXmw y https://youtu.be/Wt-5drCa0fY In this video I deal with 3 aspects: 1. Be in the here and now. Being present, instead of constantly being in the past or in the (insecure) future. Accept what is, in order to be able to react to whatever situation we encounter, and to be able to continue living life from moment to moment. This at the hand of Eckart Tolle's fantastic book, which changed my life in the middle of a severe depression years ago: "The Power of Now". 2. Practice gratitude. It is a practice that makes us realise how lucky we are to simply be alive, to be here and enjoy our 5 senses. I talk about a very simple technique to make this a habit. 3. Connect with yourself and with the Earth. If you can't go out for a walk in nature, try having some plants at home. Being connected to Earth, nature, stabilises you and gives you more energy. Also accept the emotions you have now, observe them without judgment. This last tip, too, comes from the book "The Power of Now" - it's a book that will really change your perspective. Besides all this, I'm learning about the chakra system, its psychological, physical and spiritual aspects. What we are doing, especially with the practices I mention in this video, is to begin to heal the first and second chakra. The first chakra is our grounding and our sense of security (connection with the Earth). The second chakra is where the emotions and sexuality are (connecting with ourselves and our emotions). I recommend learning more about them, they can be considered as a map of the energetic body, connected to the physical body, the psyche, and even collective consciousness.
