So: - Stop and listen to yourself, listen to the world, listen to the silence. - Slow down to a more natural pace. - Be kind to yourself because only then you can be kind to others. - The body, the mind, your whole being, needs time. To really digest everything that is happening, to manage it, to connect with yourself and with the people you love. - Be critical of the information on the internet: watch out for fake news and information overload. You need room in your head to be able to think and be creative. Limit your online time. Turn off social media notifications if they stress you out. And you'll see that things get better! :)
