How to get through quarantine 5: Time with yourself and connection with others

Make sure everyone has a place in the house to be alone, and respect each other's needs. Very important if you are all together all day. Being with oneself in all tranquility will also make us be more attentive, more present, with others; something that is now essential. Listening to oneself makes it easier to listen, really listen, to others. And taking space for oneself makes us have space for the others. Which is what we really need: a respectful, considerate and empathetic coexistence. Those who are alone right now: maintain a connection with people close to you or, why not? Make a deal with a neighbour to chat every day in the hallway, to be on the lookout and have some real human contact, even if they are standing three meters apart. We all need a group of people to turn to right now. We have to be there for each other, to take care of each other and support each other as much as possible.
