Tutorial of my morning routine - to start off the day! (yoga and stretches)

This is my daily routine in the morning, which I do between eating fruit and my muesli. It can also be done before breakfast, or already mid-morning or mid-afternoon (minimum half an hour after a meal). But it is ideal to start the day: activate and stretch the body to raise that energy and well-being for the rest of the day! Later in the day, make sure you move enough: do exercise with a video of one of the channel I recommend here below. I've had times when I didn't do it and it started giving me psoas problems and more muscle tension and stiffness.
