So we went to Yellowstone!! The beginning of October and suddenly there was a huge unexpected snowfall in Montana, which we happened to cross (and Yellowstone is just south from it). Totally felt like Christmas! Yellowstone is such a diverse park! It's one macro-volcano, which results into diverse landscapes, geysers, mud volcanos, extraordinary colors, terraces of sulphuric material, a beautiful canyon with... yellow stone, and so on. Old Faithful geyser only erupts once every hour, while the tension builds up under the ground, but then it reaches an average of 44 meters!! Seeing Yellowstone with snow is extra special, I must say!
