"Quarantine" exercises for musicians (and all who want to start moving!)

In times of quarantine with the Coronavirus COVID-19 it is important to keep moving: the body needs it! Moving the body also lifts our spirits. This video is ideal for musicians: we are going to become aware of the body through stretching exercises, center activation, breathing and a little strengthening. But it's also great for all of you who want to come off the couch and start moving that body in a gentle way! You can always do a part of the video and come back later to do another part, in this way learning very useful things that you can then apply every day. Furthermore, this video is a first step to yoga videos such as the Yoga With Adriene channel, Tara Stiles (more for dancers) or Pilates with Blogilates. (They are all highly recommended!)
