Yoga and... handstand! (just an example of what I do to stay in good health in a fun way travelling)

Anchorage  •

I started with Mensendieck therapy when I was 16 because of chronic shoulder-neck pain. Then I started doing ballet and never stopped. I did tai-chi intensively for three years, which was so good for my back! And for many years Iโ€™ve been practising yoga, which goes better with my character and which has helped me so much. And what about that handstand? Although I'm all goofy about it, doing a handstand is a very good exercise for your core, shoulders, arms en wrists (warm them up before though!). It's so much fun! I really think exercise should be like playing around. Perfectioning a handstand is just that, and it is a lot of hard work! Yoga for me is also really ludic, it's like playing around, while at the same time it's flowing, a kind of meditation in movement. This is just a short example, literally a fragment from the entire Jolo World Vlog week 7, which is here: https://youtu.be/zFnXadWEME0 We're in Anchorage, Alaska, and this is a fun example of how I exercise on our journey around the world in a motorhome. There were lots of airplanes so... ๐Ÿ‘€ catching 'em! But would you like to know more? Would you like me to do an explanatory video? Or would you like to get in contact?
