So this week was super special! We went to Kodiak island and from there to Katmai National Park to view brown bears! 🐻 This national park is inaccessible by road, and you can only come there by boat or waterplane. We saw the bears from so close! The beauty is that these bears are protected, so they've never been hunted by humans. Therefore they allow humans to be relatively close and don't attack them. More hiking, beautiful arctic beaches, and arctic flora on a challenging 6 hour hike with the guide from Kodiak Island Expedition. And next day, going out on a boat to see sea lions and... whales!!
